We ask all participants to re-register each year to help keep all of the laboratory details and contact information correct. The scheme year runs from April – March in line with the UKs financial year. The re-registration process happens around February each year to ensure all changes can be made for the start of the next scheme year.

Existing Participants

The re-registration process occurs online for the majority of our participants. An e-mail will be sent at the start of February to notify participants that the registration portal is open, this can be accessed on the results entry page throughout February. For some participants, such as those with multiple analysers or who register through distributors, a form will be e-mailed out that needs to be completed and returned to us.

New Participants

The scheme welcomes new participants throughout the scheme year – you do not need to wait until the re-registration period to join. You will be charged pro-rata from when your participation begins.
